武汉二七长江大桥钢主梁预拼装线形控制技术

摘    要:为保证武汉二七长江大桥钢主梁架设时的线形,对钢主梁工厂预拼装、测量控制及线形调整等几个方面技术进行研究。钢主梁构件组拼和预拼装均在胎架上完成,采用按制造线形布设的9道基线对各节段进行定位测量。测量控制网采用外控借线法建立,按拼装顺序由远及近定位每轮各节段构件。采用检定钢尺多测回测量法对前期安装的结合段钢梁与后期工厂制作的钢梁进行匹配测量。在钢主梁预拼装检验过程中采用调整装配和施焊顺序、重新制配钻孔、严格限定工厂质检时机、统一仪器精度级别等措施对钢梁线形进行调整。

Abstract:To guarantee the geometric shape for erection of the steel main girder of Erqi Changjiang River Bridge in Wuhan,several techniques involved in the shop pre-assembling,survey control and geometric shape adjusting of the girder were studied.The assembling of the girder components and the pre-assembling of the girder blocks was all carried out on the assembly jig stands and 9 datum lines were set according to the geometric shape of fabrication of the girder for the purpose of positioning and measuring the gird...
