Abstract:Based on the input hypothesis theory in Second Language Acquisition and the Maritime English teaching experience, this paper analyzes the problems in Maritime English teaching and mainly discusses the impact of the input and output hypothesis theory on Maritime English Teaching in order to improve the teaching effect from the aspects of teaching materials selection and teaching methods improvement.
