| 摘 要： | 针对公路交通收费管理现状中存在的弊端而设计的自动收费系统（ATFS），把人工操作变成了自动操作，把现金交易变成了IC卡数字信息支付交易，提高了资金管理的可靠性和安全性，因而具有一定的实际应用价值。

| Abstract: | The automatic traffic tolling system（ATTS） designed in allusion to the disadvantages in current road traffic tolling management, can convert manual operation into automatic operation, cash bargain into bargain through IC card digital information. It can effectively improve the reliability and safety of fund management, thus has a certain of practical value. |
