摆式列车受电弓基座导轨设计及运动分析

摘    要:摆式列车技术的运用使铁路小半径曲线密集型线路的运行速度得到有效提高,世界各国铁路部门积极发展和推广应用摆式列车,以进一步提高运营效益,本文根据对摆式列车受电弓技术的要求和车体摆式机构运动形式,运用半解析半数值方法确定了受电弓活动其座导轨形状和几何尺寸,同时又分析了受电弓活动基座运动控制作动器的位形和运动状态,数据结果可作为受电弓活动基座动力学控制依据。

Abstract:The beneficial results of transportation on railway lines with sharp curves are significantly increased by use of tilting train technique, so railway corporations in the world are developing and applying the techniques of tilting trains. According to the specification of technique of tilting train pantograph and the characteristic of motion of its configuration, a guide way for the wheels of the base frame of tilting train pantograph, moving with respect to the train body, is designed with semi-analytical and numerical method. Also, the analysis on the motion, such as the variations of the velocity and the acceleration of the piston of the actuator which is used to control the motion of the base frame relative to the train body, has been done in the paper, and the results obtained will be used in the active control for the motion of the pantograph base frame with actuator.
