| 摘 要： | 研究目的:临近客运专线铁路施工的建设项目易受意外事故的影响,影响客运专线运营安全,具有风险大,风险不确定的特点。本文研究了临近客运专线铁路施工的建设项目风险的特点及影响,探讨临近客运专线铁路建设项目风险管理的问题。研究结论:临近客运专线施工必须把确保客运专线行车安全放在首位,坚持"安全第一,预防为主,综合治理"方针,必须坚持运输、施工兼顾的原则,确保运输和施工安全。
