一系螺旋弹簧偏置的转臂定位方式的刚度研究

摘    要:一系悬挂主要提供一系横向、垂向及纵向刚度。文章分析了转臂定位方式采用一系螺旋弹簧偏置的转向架一系结构特征,并建立了一系横向、垂向和纵向动力学模型。同时根据受力关系、几何关系以及能量守恒定律推导了一系横向、垂向和纵向总刚度的计算公式,并试验验证了各向刚度计算结果的准确性。结果表明:一系横向、垂向和纵向总刚度的计算结果满足设计要求,一系垂向和纵向总刚度的试验结果与计算结果相吻合。
