胶州湾海底隧道钻爆法施工关键技术创新

摘    要:研究目的:海底隧道施工安全风险大,如果施工措施不当,可能导致灾难性后果,甚至威胁工程建设的成败。结合胶州湾海底隧道建设开展钻爆法施工关键技术研究,确保隧道施工安全。研究结论:采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验、监控量测、超前地质预报等手段,对海底隧道施工风险管理、断层破碎带施工、浅埋交汇大跨及小净距洞室施工、交叉群洞施工、钻爆法快速施工等关键技术进行了深入研究。构建了施工风险管理信息系统,开发了双通道注浆器和破碎岩体(断层破碎带)无止浆墙快速帷幕注浆新工艺,优化了平面交汇洞室及立体交叉群洞施工方法,总结形成了钻爆法快速施工成套技术,推动了我国海域隧道施工技术进步。
