基于MEMS加速度传感器的操纵台振动试验研究

摘    要:利用ADXL001加速计自行设计了MEMS三相加速度传感器。探讨了MEMS加速度传感器在振动测量中的可行性。针对HXN5型内燃机车司机室操纵台的振动控制,利用自主开发的VTCL_DSP信号采集与分析系统对操纵台进行了系统的试验测试分析。针对被动隔振方法提出了优化方案。通过优化方案的试验验证,确定操纵台振动得到了有效控制。

Abstract:A MEMS acceleration sensor is designed using ADXL001 accelerometer.The feasibility of MEMS acceleration sensor is discussed in vibration test.In view of the vibration control for cab console of HXN5 diesel locomotive,the vibration signals of console are measured and analyzed systematically using the self-developed VTCL_DSP signal acquisition and analysis system.An optimized project is proposed in view of the passive isolation method.By test verification of the improved plan,it can be sure that the console v...
