| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了国产铁路通用平车的发展,分析了现有平车在运用中存在的问题以及不同类型货物的装载工况对车辆性能的要求和对车辆结构的影响,并对新一代铁路通用平车的性能参数、结构选取及可靠性进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | The development of China-made general railway flat cars is described briefly.The problems existing in operation of flat cars at present as well as the requirements on vehicle performance and effect on vehicle structure by the loading conditions of various types of goods are analyzed.And the performance parameters,structure selection and reliability of the new generation general railway flat cars are discussed. |
