久效磷致死性效应的毒理学研究

摘    要:本文采用放射性核素示综枝术研究了久效磷在小鼠体内含量分布与致死性效应的关系,相应观察了不同致死剂量久效磷对小鼠血和脑胆碱脂酶活性抑制程度的差异。实验表明:久效磷急性中毒致死与脑内毒物的含量有较密切的关系。同时发现LD_(50)剂量中毒存活的小鼠,血和脑内胆碱脂酶活性受抑制程度与同剂量及超致死剂量中毒死亡小鼠之间无显著性差异。本文对久效磷致死的毒理机制造行了初步探讨。

Abstract:The relation ship between lethal effects and the distribution of monocrotopho contents in the body of mice has been showed by using tracer determination of radioisotope. The authors also observed the difference of degree of inhibited cholinergic activity in blood and brain of mice to which monocrotopho was given orally in different lethal dose. The results showed that there was a close relatiom between the death of monocrotopho acute poison and toxicant contents in brain. At the same time, wealso found there was no significant difference between the degree of inhibited cholinergic activity in blood and brain of survival mice to which monocrotopho was given orally in LD_(50) and dead mice in same dose as well as in excess lethal dose. This paper deals with the toxicological mechanism of the death of monocrotopho poison.
