SH6700轻型客车地板第一横梁的断裂分析

摘    要:针对SH6700轻型客车地板第一横梁的断裂现象进行了分析和探讨,在此基础上提出了三种结构改进方案。用有限元软件分别对原设计和改进方案进行了力学计算和分析,通过类比分析法,并考虑经济成本,认为第一种改进方案最为理想,即在原设计基础上焊接第一横梁加强梁,它的作用是使第一横梁形成封闭的空腔,增加横梁的断面面积和惯性矩,使应力比有所降低。

Abstract:Analysis and explorations are made to the rupture phenomena of te first cross member in SH6700 light bus floor.3-structure improvement plans are put forward on the basis.The mechanics calculation and analysis are conducted to the original design and improvement plans with finite element software.Through the analogy analysis and taking the economic cost into account,it is believed that the first improvement plan is the best.Based on the original design,the reinforced beam is welded on the first cross member,so that a closed cavity is formed for the first cross member.The section area and moment of inertia of the cross member are increased and the stress ratio reduced.
