润滑对薄板成形性和冲压力的影响

摘    要:利用有限元仿真技术,研究冲压加工过程中薄板工件与模具表面间润滑状态对板料的成形性(流动范围和厚度变化等)及冲压力的影响,其中表面间的润滑状态是通过库仑摩擦系数来表征的。仿真计算结果表明,成形板料的厚度分布对润滑状态相当敏感,并且当表征润滑状态的摩擦系数增大时,所需冲力随之增大,板料成形性明显变差。

Abstract:Effects of lubricating status between sheet metal parts and surfaces of dies during stamping process onformability of sheet metal (flow range and variation of thickness)and pressing force are studied with FEM simulationtechnology. Lubricating status between surfaces is charaterized with Coulomb friction coefficient.Simulation results indicatethat lubricating status is extremely sensitive to the thickness of sheet metal,and when the friction coefficient thatcharacterizes lubricating status increases,stamping force increases and formability debases ohviously.
