| 摘 要： | 该文分析了交通流路网分配的概念及在交通控制与诱导中的作用,重点研讨了交通动态分配过程及分配模型,对于解决区域性交通适时控制与诱导问题,认为目前的动态交通分配的前提和结构均存在不可克服的障碍,建立智能交通系统(ITS)是最好的解决方法。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the conception of the traffic flow road network distribution and the action in the traffic control and induction,and puts emphasis on studying and discussing the traffic dynamic distribution process and distribution model. With regard to solving the problems of the timely control and induction of the regional traffic,the article considers that the non-eliminating barrier is now present in the premise and the structure of the dynamic traffic distribution. It is the best solving method to set up the intellectual traffic system (ITS). |
