| 摘 要： | 本文通过60例血型不合输血反应分析,对其原因、临床分型、诊断步骤和防治原则进行了讨论。41.66%属责任事故,31.67%属配血方法不完善,26.67%属经验不足,故建议“五双制”配血输血制度和双重配血法。本文并提出三型三度临床分型法,强调早期进行透析治疗是抢救重度患者的关键。

| Abstract: | This paper presents 60 cases of donor-unmatched transfusion reaction and thecauses,clinical classifications,diagnosticprocedures and preventive principles.Amongthese accidents 41.6% are due to professio-nal irresponsiplity,31.7% due to irregularmatching and 26.7% unexperienced perfor-mance(26.7%).It is suggested that theso-called “5-pairs system”for blood-match-ing and transfusion,the doble blood-match-ching method and a new clinical clas-sification called “3 types and 3 degrees”becarried out in clinical practice.The paperalso emphasizes that early blood dialysis isthe key to the curement of severe patients. |
