淋巴细胞脂质过氧化在充血性心力衰竭发生中的作用

摘    要:对36例充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者及32例健康者淋巴细胞的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、肌酸激酶(CK)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性及脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量进行测定。发现CHF患者淋巴细胞SOD、GSH-Px及GOT活性明显低于健康对照组;而CK活性和LPO含量高于健康对照组。结果表明,CHF患者的抗脂质过氧化能力减弱。

Abstract:Superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px ), creatine kinase (CK ), glutamic-oxalacetic transminase (GOT ) activites and lipid peroxide(LPO) in lymphocytes of 36patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and 32healthy subjects were measured. We found that ①SOD, GSH-Px and GOT activities were significantly decreased; ②the LPO level and CK activity were significantly increased in lymphocytes of patients with CHF as compared to the control. The results indicate that the antioxidative ability of patients with CHF appears to be reduced.
