| 摘 要： | 结合工作实践,分析目前施工企业在项目成本管理中存在的问题,从工程项目施工前准备阶段、工程实施阶段直接费用,以及工程实施阶段的非生产性开支、竣工结算、技术措施和科技创新等方面,对项目的成本精细化管理进行分析,对企业管理具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The existing problems in project cost management of construction enterprises are analyzed on the basis of practice.Meanwhile the project cost delicacy management is analyzed in the terms of preparation stage before construction,the direct expenses during construction stage,the nonproductive expenses,the final account,technique measures and scientific innovation.It can provide reference for enterprise management. |
