出租车管理合理化改革探析

随着社会经济的持续发展、城市规模的迅速扩大、生活水平的不断提高,人们对出行的要求也随之提高。出租汽车作为城市公共交通的有益补充,以灵活、便利、安全等特性受到越来越多出行者的青睐。在由计划经济向市场经济转型的过程中,出租车行业表现出许多不合理之处,由此引发诸多社会矛盾和利益冲突。结合城市出租车行业现状,通过对出租汽车行业利益不均衡这一现象进行剖析,指出出租车行业管理中存在的不尽合理之处,并提出建议性措施,有利于出租车行业的良性发展。

Reasonable Reform of Taxi Management

With the continue development of social economy,the enlargement of city size,the improvement of the standard of living,the demand of trip is increasing consequently.As a beneficial complement,the taxi is getting more and more popular among general public for its flexibility,convenience,safety.The change from planning economy to market economy has resulted in lots of unfair phenomenon,and led to many social issues and conflict of interests.It points out these reasons and gives some advice by analyzing the present state of taxi business,which would benefit the favorable development of taxi business.
