交通事件判别方法的研究

摘    要:近年来,随着交通需求的进一步增加,交通管理逐步走向智能化。在交通控制系统管理中,交通事件的自动检测是目前最具代表性的智能化管理手段。通过对交通管理实际工作的研究发现,不同的应用对检测的要求是不尽相同的。通过探讨持续性检验在事件检测中的应用,在此基础上提出面向多用户需求的事件报警体系,最后提出基于数据融合的事件检测算法,并重点论述融合规则与三级报警输出,从而初步实现面向多用户需求事件报警的理念。

Abstract:In recent years,with further increase of traffic demand,traffic management gradually tend towards intelligence.In the traffic control system management,traffic incident automatic detection is the most representative intelligent management means.Through the investigation about practical work of traffic management,it is found that different application has different demand on detection.Based on the application of persistent inspection in incident detection,a multi-user-oriented incident warning system is proposed.Then an incident inspection arithmetic based on data fusion is put forward,especially the fusion rules and three-grade warning output.Finally,the idea of multi-user-oriented incident warning is realized
