客车正面碰撞安全性仿真分析

摘    要:参照ECE R29中商用车驾驶室的试验方法和要求,运用LS-DYNA软件建立某客车正面碰撞有限元模型,并进行计算机模拟仿真,分析碰撞过程中撞击能量、速度、加速度及应力的变化.结果表明:仿真试验符合试验要求和实际情况,说明用计算机仿真摆锤正面撞击客车来研究客车正面碰撞的安全性是可行的,是客车安全性研究的有益探索.

Abstract:Referring to the tesing methods of commercial vehicle cabs in ECE R29,a finite element model of front pendulum impact to the coach is built and calculated through LS-DYNA.The energy,velocity,acceleration and stress in the process of crash are analyzed.The result of the simulation indicates that the test can meet the requirements of testing and the actual situation,prove the feasibility of the simulation method and should be a useful exploration of the coach safety research.
