铁路客专隧道简易仰拱移动模架施工技术

为加快施工进度,节约成本,在总结常规隧道仰拱施工技术的基础上,设计出一套简易仰拱移动模架装置,并以贵广铁路大寨隧道进口的仰拱施工为例,探讨采取简易仰拱移动模架快速、高效地服务于高标准铁路客运专线隧道施工。经实践证明,使用简易仰拱移动模架施工比常规方法更优越、合理、快速,并且带来了巨大的经济效益。

Technology for Casting of Inverts of Tunnels on Passenger-dedicated Railways by means of Smiple Movable Formwork Trolleys

A simple movable formwork trolley is designed for the casting of the inverts of tunnels on passenger-dedicated railways,on basis of summarizing the conventional invert construction technologies,so as to speed up the construction and reduce the construction cost,with the construction of the invert of the entrance section of Dazhai tunnel on Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway as an example.The construction of the tunnels on the high-standard passenger-dedicated railways can be effectively improved due to the application of the simple movable formwork trolleys.The practice shows that the simple movable invert formwork trolleys are superior to the conventional formwork trolleys and have resulted in rapid construction and good economic benefits.
