摘    要:为解决螺纹剪切吸能装置(CST)这类非标螺纹装置零部件有限元模型的自动生成问题,简化CST系统研究工作的重复性操作,以ANSYS为软件开发平台,利用APDL参数化编程语言来编写程序,通过对话框输入参数,将参数化设计引入到有限元结构分析之中,完成了CST零部件有限元模块的开发.应用实例表明,所开发的CST零部件有限元模型的模块,其用户界面友好,实现了结构参数快速调整.自动生成的分析模型可以极快地缩减设计研究周期,避免了重复建立与分析模型的操作,明显提高了研究效率.

Abstract:In order to solve screw thread system parts the problem of how to create such kind of the nonstandard FEA models like CST (Cutting the Screw Thread)automatically, and simplify the repetitive operations of the research task, the authors use ANSYS as the developing software terrace,and APDL as the programming language,parametric design method is applied to FEA structure analysis with the design of the CST components FEA models by parameters inputting dialog. The result shows that, the FEA modeling of the CST components is established,with kind interface, the structural parameters are adjusted quickly,and the modeling is created automatically, which the research design period is decreased, and a lot of repeated FEA tasks are avoided, and the efficiency of products structure is improved obviously.
