摘    要:接触网的局部磨耗包括机械磨耗和电气磨耗,而且大部分这两种磨耗同时存在。从广州地铁3号线及3北线120km/h运营时速接触网局部磨耗特征表现、现场隧道环境、受电弓匹配性以及接触网的弹性等方面,分析导致接触网局部磨耗产生的原因。为有效提高接触线使用寿命和改善弓网关系,从接触网换线及换型、提高轮轨匹配关系、加强轨道维护、优化弓网匹配度、改善刚性接触网弹性、研发防卡滞线夹等方面提出相应的预防措施。

Abstract:The local wear of a catenary includes mechanical and electrical wear, which generally exists simultaneously. In this paper, the local wear characteristics of catenary for Guangzhou Metro Line 3 and North Line 3 running at 120km/h, environment of the metro tunnel, and the matching between the pantograph and the elasticity of the catenary are examined and the reasons for the local wear of the catenary are analyzed. To prolong the service life of contact wires and improve the relationship between the pantograph and gateways, this study recommends preventive measures such as changing the type of contact wire, improving the wheel-rail matching relationship track maintenance, and the rigidity of the elastic catenary, optimizing the degree of matching between the pantograph and the catenary, and developing an anti-sticking clamp.
