地铁检测数据综合管理系统设计与实现

摘    要:梳理大数据技术在地铁的应用现状和地铁检测数据开发利用中所存在的利用率不高、数据丢失及关联性欠缺等问题,面对海量的综合检测数据,设计地铁检测数据综合管理系统。该系统以建立数据中心为核心架构,以千兆级办公网络为依托和基于JAVA语言进行开发,实现检测数据管理、智能识别、缺陷管理、数据关联展示、超限预警以及质量评价等功能,初步完成对接触网和作业车等各种动、静态检测监测数据的收集、整理和分析,达到对检测监测各种数据的综合利用管理、维修策略优化、关联和预测性分析的目的,实际应用效果较好。该系统允许后期扩展和具备接入其他专业设备所测数据的条件,可实现共同深度挖掘检测领域数据价值,对地铁信息化建设具有一定参考意义。

Abstract:This study evaluates the current application of big data technology in metro, and the problems of low utilization rates, data loss, and lack of correlation in the development and utilization of metro detection data. Given the large amount of comprehensive detection data available, a comprehensive management system is considered and designed for metro detection data. The system is based on the establishment of a data center; the core of the system is based on the Gigabit office network and developed using the Java programming language. The functions of detection data management, intelligent identification, defect management, data association display, over-limit early warning provision, and quality evaluation are realized. The collection of preliminary dynamic and static monitoring data for catenaries, and vehicles is completed. The purpose of comprehensive utilization, management, and optimization of maintenance strategies and the correlation and predictive analysis of various types of inspection and monitoring data is achieved through collation and analysis. The effect of the practical application is good. The system allows future expansion and can access data measured by other professional equipment. It can perform common deep data mining and has a certain reference value for applying information technology to subway construction.
