摘    要:城市轨道交通网络化运营是进一步提高轨道交通服务质量的必经之路,其基础是设备层面的互联互通,在各系统设备中又以其中信号系统为关键技术点。通过重庆开展的4号线、5号线、10号线、环线互联互通国家示范工程,推进信号系统互联互通产品工程化进程。为满足互联互通建设标准,各成熟信号厂商均经历了应用软件乃至硬件层的改动,因此互联互通产品工程化是各厂商及用户需要应对的问题。面对各城市轨道交通互联互通建设的热潮与不同城市的需求差异,工程化的过程根据需求分析有针对性进行产品自测、互联互通实验室测试及工程线路测试的分步测试流程。在重庆5号线及长沙5号线建设中,均遵循指定本城市互联互通技术方案、开展接口设计、测试平台建设、开展测试验证及工程应用的过程。给各城市开展信号系统互联互通产品工程化提供关键技术及解决方案参考,为今后推进轨道交通互联互通建设提供思路。

Abstract:The network operation of urban rail transit systems is a major challenge that must be overcome to further improve the quality of rail transit services. The basis of network operation is interconnection at the equipment level with the signaling system as the key point. The engineering process for signaling system interconnection products has been promoted by conducting the national demonstration project of Line 4, Line 5, Line 10, and Ring Line Interconnection in Chongqing. In order to meet the standards of interconnection and construction, the system manufacturer must convert software into hardware layers. Therefore, the implementation of systems engineering is a vital issue faced by manufacturers. Owing to the growing demand for urban rail transit interconnection construction in different cities, the engineering process analyzes the step-by-step testing process. The first step is product self-test; the second step is interconnection laboratory test; and the third step is testing in a line. In the construction of Chongqing Line 5 and Changsha Line 5, the procedures for designating the interconnection technology of the city, interface design, test platform construction, test verification, and engineering application were followed. Ideas/Recommendations for the future construction of rail transit interconnection are provided.
