摘    要:盾构工法已经成为我国城市地铁隧道和部分铁路隧道的主要施工方法,GIS+BIM技术的应用使得盾构机的工作过程以及施工隧道现场状态更加形象直观。目前,盾构机远程监控管理系统正在向着管理信息数字化、机器参数图像化、决策系统智能化的方向飞速发展,已经成为保障盾构施工顺利进行的有效工具之一。盾构施工监测预警系统是一种基于物联网和互联网远程数据传输功能的数字化系统,可实时监控盾构机掘进状态。此外,可利用3D GIS+BIM技术模拟盾构施工的地层条件和现场环境,同时与施工过程中的盾构机全站仪系统数据相链接,形成一套动态的4D施工可视化信息管理系统。该系统可实现盾构虚拟隧道及场景的漫游,沿线建构筑物位置信息提醒,盾构机位置偏差预警、报警及盾构推进状态的可追溯功能,可以为地铁隧道施工项目提供科学、有效的管理手段。盾构掘进参数的总结与分析对后续工点及线路施工的安全风险管控具有较高的参考价值。

Abstract:Shield tunneling has become a major method used in excavating tunnels for urban subways and railways in China. An integrated application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Geographic Information System (GIS) can visualize and display the digging process and the conditions of the construction site. The remote monitoring and management systems for shield machines are digitized, with machine parameters being imaged, and artificial intelligence being used in decision-making, to ensure a successful construction of the tunnel. In this study, a shield tunnel construction monitoring and early warning system is proposed, which uses an Internet remote transmission system and the Internet of Things technology to detect the excavation in real time. Moreover, the system can simulate the underground conditions and its environment by 3D GIS+BIM method and can create a 4D dynamic visual information management system by transmitting data of the shield machine of the entire station system in the construction process. The system can realize the dynamic interactions of a virtual scene, a building location information reminder, traceability function of shield machine position deviation warning, and alarm and shield propulsion states. The system can provide a sound management method for a subway tunnel construction projects. At the same time, the shield tunneling parameters are summarized and analyzed, which have significant reference value for safety and risk control of similar projects.
