| 摘 要： | Saussure的语言理论是现代语言学的开端,在不同程度上影响了各个现代语言学流派。文章试从三个方面阐释其对Halliday的系统功能语言学的影响：Saussure的系统思想对系统功能语言学的影响、Saussure的符号理论对系统功能语言学的影响和Saussure关于＂语言＂和＂言语＂的区分对系统功能语言学的影响。

The article is to expound its impact on Halliday’s function linguistics from the following three aspects： Saussure’s system theory, Saussure’s semiotic theory and Saussure’ s distinction of langue and parole. |
