摘    要:磨损寿命预测,磨损状态监测及摩擦副参数优化是摩擦副系统的磨损过程中的三大难点。本基于离散数学理论和计算机技术提出一种数值仿真模型,可用于解决复杂动态非线性系统的磨损问题。

Abstract:The wear of a rubbing system is a complicated dynamic process, in which the relationship between the amount of wear and the running time is usually non-linear. In this case, to the wear process using the classic mathematical theory, it is generally assumed that the whole system is static and of linear wear characteristics. This situation is different from practice. Therefore three difficulties, wear lifetime prediction, wear condition monitoring and optimal designing the parameters of a rubbing system, are encountered in wear study. Based on the discrete mathematics and computer science, a numerical simulation model is presented in this paper, and it can be used to deal with the wear process characterred by dynamic and non-linear systems, facilitating fully resolve the three dimculties mentioned above. Using the concepts of position vector and wear step,the continuous wear process is discretized, and the components' parameters and transformation conditions between quasi-static wear processes are described, thus realizing the dynamic simulation of the whole wear process. Two rollers of line contact are selected as objective system, in which numerical simulation model and algorithm for the wear rate are determined through test of rolling-sliding and sliding contact respectively. A comparison between simulated and test results shows that the trend of the amount of wear is similar and can agree well, just making a modification. This paper gives a hint that numerical simulation is valid for the wear study of various rubbing systems, and is worthy of wide application.
