| 摘 要： | 对渗碳零件内氧化的产生机理进行了阐述,通过实验对渗碳工艺过程中的若干工艺参数进行了分析,认为碳势是内氧化控制的一个关键因素。超高碳势渗碳可以抑制内氧化的产生。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the mechanism of internal oxidation in carburized components and analyzes the process parameters for carburization operation.On the basis of experiments,it is concluded that carbon potential is a key element to control internal oxidation and super carbon potential in carburising process could restrain internal oxidation. |
