摘    要:大型往复式压缩机是石化装置的重要设备,由于结构复杂,易损部件多,运行中安全可靠性要求比较高。采用先进的往复式压缩机故障诊断方法,是保证压缩机长周期安全运行的关键。分析了往复压缩机的常见故障模式,介绍了往复式压缩机监测及故障诊断方法,根据某石化公司往复式压缩机运行现状,针对监测与诊断体系的建立提出了一些建议,并取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:A large-scale reciprocating compressor is an important part of petrochemical plant equipment.Due to the complex structure of the equipment and the numberousness of quick-wear parts,the equipment safety and reliability must be higher.To establish the equipment monitors and the fault diagnostic system and to ensure the long-term safe operation of the compressor,the key is the use of advanced methods for a fault diagnosis of reciprocation compressors.The reciprocating compressor of the common failure mode,as well as monitoring and fault diagnosis method,is analyzed.In accordance with the operational condition of the reciprocating compressor for a petrochemical company,a number of recommendations have been made with good results obtained for the monitoring and diagnosis system.
