| 摘 要： | 间歇式沥青混合料再生拌和设备的关键技术是其加热方式,文章阐述了间歇式再生拌和设备的新集料传导加热法、干燥筒壁传导加热法、气加热法、微波加热法等几种加热方式,并对各种加热方法进行分析、探讨,总结出微波加热与其他加热形式相比具有环保、安全、可靠、加热时间短、再生利用率高等优点,指出微波加热为未来发展的方向。 |

| Abstract: | Key technology of batch asphalt recycling mix plant is calefaction form.The paper expatiates on each calefaction form of batch asphalt recycling mix plant,including new mixing stone material conduction heating,the dry barrel wall conduction heating,the gas heating,the microwave heating,and have carried on the analysis,the discussion of each heating method,summarizes the microwave heating to compare with other heating form has the environmental protection,the security,reliable,short heating time,regeneration merit,and points out the microwave calefaction form will be future development direction. |
