| 摘 要： | 针对武汉市跨江交通问题所采取的交通需求管理对策,以江汉一桥断交通封闭维修实施交通需求管理为实例,从城市的综合实力、可持续发展的角度,着重论述了武汉市要取得城市发展与交通发展的双赢,应该坚持同步实施交通需求管理。通过合理的交通政策、健康的土地利用方式等,均衡道路时空消耗,促进交通参与者的交通选择行为改变,诱导出行者最终放弃小汽车出行,从而选择运输效率高、环境污染低的公共交通,以取得交通供需平衡,支持城市社会、经济和环境的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Most important traffic crossing river problems exist in Wuhan. Transportation Demand Management (TDM) is applied in the breaking traffic for the maintenance of Jianghanyi Bridge. In order to obtain the double wins between urban development and transportation development, TDM should be put in practice synchronously. Through the reasonable traffic policy and land utilization way, road space-time consumption can be balanced, traffic participant action can be changed. The persons who go out will give up cars finally, and choose public transport with high efficiency and low environmental pollution. The equilibrium of supply and demand of traffic will be obtained to support the sustainable development of the society, economy and environment. |
