摘    要:以某散货轮为例,通过对单元模块设计优化后在现场出现的单元模块过大以及吊装时单元模块强度不够导致的吊装困难、有些地方安装空间不足、单元模块个别的地方连接点过多导致的安装困难、设备的操作及维修空间不足等问题的原因进行了分析,并提出了改进意见,以供船舶单元模块化设计优化时参考。

Problems and Improvement of One Certain Ship Unit Module after Design Optimizing

Abstract:Taking one bulk carrier as example, the reasons are analyzed in this paper, such as being too big of the unit module after design optimizing, being not enough for crane the intensity of unit module, having not enough installation room in someplace, difficult installation because of someplace connect point being too much, and difficult operating and having not enough repairing room for equipment. At last, some suggestions for improvement are put forward to provide some reference for ship unit module design optimizing.
