| 摘 要： | 以义乌市淅赣铁路老线位利用改造方案为例，经过对各种方案的分析探讨，可以得出这样的结论：采用地下汽车快速通道的方案，既可以解决城市交通阻塞的问题，又不影响两侧土地的开发与利用。
