通过改善可维修性提高信号系统运营表现

设计信号系统时,系统集成商重点关注系统功能实现及安全性,对于设备的可维修性考虑相对较少,导致可维修性不足,直接影响信号系统的运营表现。对于发送设备的可维修性,首先要识别关键的运营设备,并结合运营实际案例,从系统设计、维修管理、备品备件及维修工具管理,以及人员技能要求与培训等四方面,提出具体的改善措施,以提高信号系统的运营表现。

Improving the Performance of Signal System by Enhancing the Maintainability

In the design of rail transit signal system, contractors always focus on the functions and safety, but less concern is given to the maintainability which directly affects the performance of signal system.This paper proposes measures for enhancing the maintainability to improve the performance of signal system with practical cases from four aspects: system design, maintenance management, spare parts and repair tools management, as well as the training of personnel skills.
