摘    要:锦屏一级水电站右岸导流洞进出口围堰爆破拆除受现场施工条件及各种制约因素影响,爆破安全控制和施工技术难度大。通过科学的爆破设计、事先的危险源分析、严密的安全技术措施和管理,爆破一次成功且圆满实现安全控制目标,确保了工程运行安全。

Abstract:Due to the construction situation and some other factors, it is difficult to apply blasting demolition for the cofferdam at the entrance and exit of the right diversion tunnel in Jinping  Stage I Hydropower Station. Scientific blasting design, advance risk analysis and strict safety guaranteeing technology and management have ensured successful first and just once blasting and safe running of the hydropower station.
