摘    要:锤击法施工预应力管桩,其振动、挤土作用对周边建筑物的安全影响大,存在较大的安全隐患。该文通过工程施工实例,介绍了减轻管桩振动、挤土对周边建筑物影响的措施,从而保证了周边建筑物的安全。这些措施为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:In the construction of prestressed pipe pile by hammered method, its vibration and extruding soil action greatly effects on the safety of the surrounding buildings and there is a larger hidden trouble of safety. The article introduces the measures to reduce the vibration of pipe pile and the influence of extruding soil on the surrounding environment through the engineering construction case so as to guarantee the safety of the surrounding buildings. These measures can be referred for the similar projects.
