高性能砂浆-钢丝(筋)网加固砖砌体抗压强度试验研究

摘    要:为了了解高性能砂浆-钢丝(筋)网加固砌体结构房屋这种新型加固技术对砖墙加固的受力机理、破坏形态以及承载力提高程度,制作了6个轴心抗压试件,采用分级加载的方法进行抗压强度试验,模拟完全卸荷状态下加固砖砌体的受力性能。试验结果表明,单面加固极限承载力提高14%,双面加固极限承载力提高26%。原砖砌体与加固层能较好的协同工作,在达到极限荷载的90%时,加固面层才与原砖砌体发生剥离,高性能砂浆具有较强的粘结力。高性能砂浆-钢丝网加固砖砌体是一种有效的加固方法,为加固工程设计时提供参考。

Abstract:In order to investigate capacity mechanism,failure mode of and capacity elevated degree of original brick wall,brick masonry buildings strengthened by high performance mortar and steel wire mesh six axial compression specimens were made.The mechanics performance of entirely unloading was simulated.The strengthened brick masonry was acted on grading load to compressive strength test.The experiment results show that the single-face strengthened brick masonry limit capacity is improved 14%,and double-faced strengthened brick masonry limit capacity is improved 26%.Original brick masonry can be able to cooperate with strengthening facing.Just attaining 90% of the limit capacity,strengthening facing and original brick masonry are delaminated.The high performance mortar is effectively bonded together with original brick masonry.Brick masonry strengthened by high performance mortar and steel wire mesh is effectively method.Those work can provide reference to the strengthening engineering design.
