电力机车主变压器综合测试及故障诊断系统

摘    要:基于过程控制、测试技术理论,采用PLC逻辑控制,利用智能仪表、仪器以及相关测试设备,按照国家相关质量标准,对电力机车主变压器制造过程中的半成品和成品的电气性能、安全性能等技术指标进行检验。按照各种试验对软件进行模块化分块,以界面为导向,逐一进行不同的算法计算,最终实现电力机车主变压器12个试验项目的计算机全自动控制和测试。电力机车主变压器综合测试及故障诊断系统有效地替代传统测试设备,减轻了工程技术人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,使得变压器的试验数据更加完善。

Abstract:Based on the process control and the testing technology theory,the technique indicators,such as electrical performance,security performance and so on,of semi-finished and finished products for the main transformer of electric locomotive were tested with a PLC,intelligent instruments as well as related test facilities according to the country quality specification.The sofeware was modularized in term of different experiments.All the 12 testing items,which were guided by the interface and calculated according to corresponding algorithms,were carried out automaticlly by the industrial computer.The results show that this system replaces the traddtional testing equipments effectively,decreases the manual work,improves the efficiency,and also makes the test data more perfect.
