海洋大气中盆式支座用钢腐蚀原因浅析

摘    要:利用肉眼观察、化学成分测试、金相组织分析、XRD和SEM等手段,对海洋大气环境中,某公路桥梁盆式支座用Q235B和ZG25两种钢材的腐蚀现象及原因进行了初步分析,结果表明:两种钢材的化学成分和金相组织均符合规定要求,中间钢板Q235B的腐蚀产物主要由γ-Fe2O3、γ-FeOOH、α-FeOOH组成,钢盆ZG25的腐蚀产物主要由Fe3O4、γ-FeOOH、α-FeOOH组成。中间钢板锈层中检测到Mg和Ca,而钢盆锈层中检测到S和Cl,由此认为大气中的海盐粒子、硫化物和氯化物是诱发支座用钢腐蚀的重要因素。

Abstract:Corrosion of steel Q235B and ZG25 in pot-bearings is investigated by means of visual inspection,chemical analysis,microstructure analysis,XRD and SEM. The results show that the chemical composition and microstructure of the two types of steels meet the standard requirement ; the rust of steel piston is composed of γ-Fe2O3,γ-FeOOH, and α-FeOOH,while that of the steel pot is Fe3O4,7-FeOOH and α-FeOOH. Magnesium and calcium are found in the rust of steel piston, while sulfur and chloride in that of steel pot, so salt particles and contaminants in the atmosphere are supposed to be the main cause of such corrosion.
