再生沥青混合料节能与减碳效益研究

摘    要:为了解再生沥青混合料的使用是否确实为路面工程中节能与减碳的有效方法,研究使用美国再生材料资源中心所开发的路面环境影响试算表(PaLATE),配合国内沥青厂提供的工艺耗能信息,比较有添加旧料的再生沥青混合料和全新材料的一般热拌沥青混合料的生命周期排碳量与工艺耗能,从节能减碳的角度对使用再生沥青混合料的效益进行评估,并以不同的性能情形进行敏感度分析。尽管大多数学术研究均认为再生沥青混合料的性能并不劣于新料沥青混合料,但仍有文献指出实际经验中再生沥青混合料的耐久性较差,由分析结果也可发现再生沥青混合料工艺的能耗量并不一定会较新料拌制的传统沥青混合料的要低。然而,因为使用旧料能够较少天然资源的使用,可减少生产天然材料的耗能与排碳量,敏感度分析表明,含30%旧料的再生沥青混合料若可达到新料沥青混合料寿命的83.7%和79.53%以上,则可有正面的节能和减碳效益。若沥青拌合厂可有效执行废热回收等节能减碳措施,更能进一步降低拌制再生沥青混合料的耗能与排碳量。

Abstract:In order to understand the use of recycled asphalt mixture pavement engineering is indeed an effective way of energy saving and carbon reduction, road conditions used in this study American recycled materials resource center developed by the impact spreadsheet (PALATE), with domestic as- phalt plant to provide process energy consumption information, more recycled material added eliminating asphalt and new materials are generally hot mix asphalt lifecycle carbon emissions and process energy consumption, reduce carbon emissions from the energy point of view of the use of recycled asphalt mix- ture-effectiveness assessment and performance in different scenarios sensitivity analysis . Although most academic studies have considered recycled asphalt mixture performance is not inferior to the new asphalt material, but there are still practical experience in literature that poor recycled asphalt mixture durabili- ty, the results of the analysis can be found on page recycled asphalt mix energy consumption material technology will not necessarily new material compared to traditional asphalt mixing is lower . However, because the use of materials capable of eliminating less use of natural resources, reducing energy con- sumption and production of natural materials, carbon emissions, through sensitivity analysis, including e- liminating 30% of materiM recycled asphalt mixes can be achieved if the new asphalt material 83.7% and 79.53% over the life, you can have a positive energy and carbon reduction benefits. If the asphalt mixing plant to the effective implementation of waste heat recovery and other energy-saving and carbon re- duction measures to further reduce energy consumption and more carbon emissions mixing recycled as- phalt mixture.
