基于注浆加固阻燃的煤矸石路基处治技术研究

摘    要:针对煤矸石具有轻微自燃的特性,提出采用注浆阻燃技术处治煤矸石路基。通过化学成分分析试验、筛分试验、击实试验等对煤矸石的物理性质、化学性质以及力学性能进行分析,按照水泥5%、石灰10%、粘土5%的比例配制阻燃加固浆液注入煤矸石路基,并分析其加固效果和阻燃原理。试验结果表明:相对未注浆加固的煤矸石路基而言,采用加固注浆加固阻燃技术处理煤矸石路基承载力提高了6.83%,内部温度降低了200℃左右,加之浆体在路基中的隔氧填充作用,最终达到了良好的加固阻燃效果。

Abstract:This article put forward a treatment technology which took advantage of grouting method flame retardant against the slight spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal gangue.Using chemical composition analysis test,screening tests,compaction tests etc.analyzed physical properties,chemical properties and mechanical properties of coal gangue.This test formulated Flame retardant reinforcement slurry which Included 5% cement,10% lime,5% clay,and injected coal gangue subgrade.The per-formance of reinforced and retardant mechanism had been analyzed at the same time.The results showed that:when compared with the Common Coal gangue subgrade which did not use grouting to reinforce,the subgrade bearing capacity increased 6 .83% and the internal temperature reduced about 200 ℃after using grouting to reinforce.It coupled with slurry in the roadbed in isolation and ultimately achieves a good re-inforce flame retardant effect.
