水泥对乳化沥青混合料路用性能的影响

摘    要:采用加速加载试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验和三分点加载疲劳试验分别研究了不同水泥掺量下乳化沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性和疲劳性能。研究结果表明随着水泥用量增加乳化沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性提高,而混合料低温抗裂性能和疲劳性能随水泥掺量的增加呈先增加后减小的趋势,结合路用性能研究结果,本文推荐了乳化沥青混合料合理的水泥用量范围。

Abstract:This paper used the accelerated loading test, freeze-thaw splitting test, low-temperature bending test and three point loading fatigue test to study the influence of cement content on the emulsified asphalt mixture. The Results show that with the increasing of cement content both high temperature stability and water stability Improved, However, low-temperature anti-cracking performance and fatigue per- formance with the increase of the dosage of cement is increased after the first decreases. Considering the road performance results, the Emulsified Asphalt mixture' s optimum content of cement is recommended.
