聚氨酯碎石混合料水热稳定性研究

摘    要:针对其在高温多雨地区路面工程中的应用环境,采用高温汉堡浸水车辙试验研究在水-热共同作用下 PPM的抗变形衰减规律,并与 AC-13和 PAC-13的试验结果进行对比。对 PPMA、PPMB、PPMC、AC-13以及PAC-13五种试验材料进行汉堡浸水车辙试验后,结果表明:5种道路材料的最终变形依次为-4.21、-3.78、-5.18、-6.89、-4.10 mm;其中 PPMB的最终变形最小,AC-13的最终变形最大,故 PPM具有较好的水热稳定性能,以 PPMB为最优。因此,在高温多雨环境下,可以对该种路面做进一步推广,并且建议优先选用孔隙率为20%的 PPM作为铺面材料。

Abstract:Considering porous characteristics of PPM and its role in high temperature and rainy en-vironment,using Hamburg wheel tracking Test to research PPM’s attenuation law for resisting to deform-ation under water-heat joint action,then compare the test results with AC -13 and PAC -13.After the Hamburg wheel tracking test for PPMA,PPMB,PPMC,AC -13 and PAC -13,the results show that the final deformation are -4.21 mm,-3.78 mm,-5.18 mm,-6.89 mm,-4.10 mm;PPMB has the minimum final deformation,AC -13 has the biggest final deformation,so PPM have good hydrothermal stability and PPMB is optimal.Therefore,this kind of road could be further promoted in high temperature and wet environment and preferred to choose the porosity of 20% as paving material.
