新SAC13沥青混合料性能控制参数研究

摘    要:沥青路面是我国高等级路面的主要形式,由于级配选用不合理、石料选择不当,再加上施工工艺不科学,新建沥青路面常常出现水损坏、车辙等病害,进而降低了道路的使用寿命。采用新SAC粗集料断级配矿料级配设计方法,计算出混合料的级配组成;并进行了不同级配和石料的路用性能试验,且在此基础上研究了SAC级配和石料对混合料性能的影响规律。

Abstract:Asphalt pavement is the main form of high-grade road, new asphalt pavement often appears water damage,rutting and other diseases because of unreasonable thegradation selection,inappropriate choice of stone and unscientific construction technology, thus reducing the life of the road. In this paper,uesing the design methods of new SAC coarse aggregate open graded aggregate gradation, calculate the composition of the mixture gradation; and making the road performance test of different gradations and stone, base on this,studing the influence on the mixture performance of the SAC gradation and stone.
