哺乳期母鼠饲以高锌饲料对仔鼠脑海马发育的影响

摘    要:通过组织学和组织化学方法研究哺乳期饲以高锌料的母鼠其体内锌的代谢状况及其对子代生长发育和脑海马发育的影响。结果高锌料组母鼠粪、尿锌均较常锌料组为高,尤其粪锌;血清锌无显著差别。高锌饲料并不能使母体血清锌显著升高,表明在本实验条件下,机体对锌的吸收和利用是有一定限度的。高锌料组仔鼠的一般生长状况、体重、脑重、海马cA_3区锥体细胞数量和大小以及Timm硫化银染色示海马苔藓纤维中颗粒密度均与常锌料组无差别,证明哺乳期母鼠饲以高锌饲料对仔鼠的生长发育无不良影响。

Abstract:The effects of zinc metabolic state to lactation ratfed on zinc-excessive diet on postnatal growth and gen-eral and hippocampal development of their offspringwere studied by using histological and histochemicalmethods. The results showed that the zinc contents offeces and urine of suckling rats fed on thezinc-excessive diet were higher, especially of thefeces zinc, but the serum zinc value was no significantdifference as compared to that of suckling rats fed onzinc-normal diet. It is obvious that under these experi-mental conditions there was a limition for absorptionand avilability of zinc in the suckling rats fed withzinc-excessive diet There were no differences of gener-al growth state, the body and brain weight the nuberand the size of CA_3 pyramidal cell, the density of theparticles stained by Timm sulfide silver method in themossy fiber layer in hippocampus among the suckledpups of these two groups. These results indicated thatfeeding zinc-excessive diet to the suckling rat couldnot cause abnormal growth and development of it's off-spring.
