| 摘 要： | 为更合理地控制SBS与沥青的共混过程,本文用落射荧光显微镜对SBS与沥青的共混过程进行连续观测并对共混物进行试验分析,其间,SBS的微观分散状态及形态结构发生了一系列的变化,共混物的试验指标如软化点、粘度、延度也相应发生了一定的变化。鉴于这种微观分散状态与宏观力学性能之间的对应关系,可以将改性沥青微观分散性分析应用于改性沥青生产领域,为改性沥青的在线质量控制提供简便易行的检测方法。

| Abstract: | To optimize the mixing process of SBS and asphalt,fluorescent optical microscope was used in observing the mixing process continuously and the mixture was analysised by experimentation.In the mixing process,the micro-disperse state and microstructure of SBS changed greatly,the softening point,viscosity,ductility of the mixture were also changed correspondingly.Based on the relationship between the micro-disperse and macro-proformance,the micro-disperse state analysis of SBS modified asphalt could be used conveniently in on-line quality control of modified asphalt in production field. |
