接触网YB型张力补偿装置的研究与应用

摘    要:介绍了一种新的接触网YB型张力补偿装置,利用液压原理,实现无须外界能源补充条件下,自动张力补偿。阐述了研制过程,介绍原理、结构、试验和推广应用的良好效果。说明代替传统坠砣方式,具有结构简单、安装方便、体积小、重量轻、安全可靠的特点,在隧道等狭窄净空条件下使用,无须扩大开挖断面,减小设计施工量,避免对行车的干扰,技术和经济效益显著。阐明推广应用的前景和意义。

Abstract:Introduces a new OCS tensioning compensator to fulfill hydraulically auto-tensioning without supplement of external force, illustrates the development process, the structure, test and the its remarkable technical and economical benefit for application. This device, which is simple in structure, convenient for installation, small in size, light in weight, safe and reliable, having avoided the interference to the train running, being apparent in technical and economical benefit, is an ideal alternative for traditional balance weight. The paper also illustrates the prosperity and significance of its application.
