摘    要:酉水大桥主桥为(80 m+145 m+80m)3跨大跨径预应力混凝土连续梁桥,其中5号、6号主墩位于酉水河航道中,主墩基础入水深度达35 m,采用10根φ3.0m钻孔灌注桩,施工前依据其施工难点选择钢管桩平台做为钻孔平台,在桩基施工中采用帷幕注浆、多级钢护筒跟进等方法有效地解决了由于地质复杂造成的塌孔、穿孔、漏浆、埋锤、平台不稳、护筒倾斜等问题.为今后同类施工提供参考.

Abstract:Youshui River Bridge is a (80 m + 145 m + 80 m) 3 span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge,the No.5,No.6 main piers located in the Youshui river channel,main pier foundation in water depth of 35 meters,with 10 3.0 m diameter bored pile,construction on the basis of the construction the difficulties of steel pipe pile platform as the drilling platform,the curtain grouting,multistage steel casings and other methods can effectively solve the problem of hole collapse,due to complex geological result in perforation,slurry leakage,buried hammer,platform instability,tube tilt in pile foundation construction.For the similar construction of reference.
