| 摘 要： | GTR法规对世界车辆产品和技术的国际化意义深远,发达国家积极投入和推进GTR法规进程,而发展中国家参与程度低,产品技术水平有明显差距.中国支持推进国际技术法规的协调,建议在下一阶段摩托车排放标准中引进WMTC循环,并根据国内产品现状制订排放限值;在GB 20073-2006标准修订时,补充完善GTR3的相关规定,使我国标准与GTR法规相协调.
