大吨位系泊绞车卷筒筒体结构的有限元分析

摘    要:针对应用于海工平台的大吨位系泊绞车存在卷筒设计重量较重的问题,文章设计了3种类型的加筋结构,以分析加筋结构对卷筒应力状态的影响,从而达到优化卷筒重量的目的。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析了3种加筋结构的卷筒,并和无加筋结构的卷筒进行了对比。分析结果表明,加筋结构可以较大地改善卷筒应力状态,且环筋和T型筋结构对改善卷筒应力状态较为明显,这将对海工平台大吨位系泊绞车卷筒的轻量化设计及减重降本具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the heavy tonnage of the large tonnage mooring winch applied to the offshore platform has a heavy drum design,the article designs 3 types of reinforced structures to analyze the influence of the reinforced structure on the stress state of the drum,so as to optimize the drum.The purpose of weight.Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the rolls of three reinforced structures were analyzed and compared with the rolls without reinforced structure.The analysis results show that the stiffened structure can greatly improve the stress state of the reel,and the ring and T-shaped rib structure are more obvious to improve the stress state of the reel.This will lighten the design of the large-tonnage mooring winch reel of the onshore platform.And weight loss and cost reduction have some guiding significance.
